The problem we're solving
In schools with well-funded counseling departments, students get personalized guidance, college prep, and exposure to a range of career options. But in under-resourced schools — where one counselor might serve 400 students or more — that guidance often never comes. Students make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with almost no real information.
Our founding team brought together decades of experience in technology recruiting, talent development, and artificial intelligence. We watched companies struggle to find unique talent pipelines — not because the talent wasn't there, but because uniquely talented people from underserved communities never had someone in their corner helping them find the right path. We built PathMagnet to be that someone.
